The spiral mixers are machines specifically designed for the pizzeria sector, but can also offer excellent performance in the production of small doughs in the bakery and pastry sector.

 

  • Painted steel machine frame.
  • Stainless steel head closing panel.
  • Single motor for tank and spiral drive.
  • Power transmission with gearbox and chains.
  • High quality thicker tank with rounded bottom.
  • Central shaft with oblique cut edge or cylindrical shape.
  • Manual or preset processing time control (2-speed versions only).
  • 2 separate electronic timers for 1st and 2nd working speed (2-speed versions only).
  • Continuous variation of working speed (VAR version only).
  • Machine mounted on wheels with brake.
