- Oven base is manufactured in stainless steel 30/10
- Combustion chamber is manufactured in high yield thermal steel, fully removable
- Baking Chamber, front side and door are manufactured in stainless steel
- Door with double glass
- Motorized hood with steam exhauster
- Hooking suspended trolley (hooking with platform is available upon request)
- Removable baking trolley is not included
- Maximum baking temperature of 300 °
- Available in both electric and combustion version (gas / diesel)
